How much is delivery?

Delivery is 100% free for all hampers across the UK - including Northern Ireland. If you are looking to order 10 or more hampers, we can offer a corporate discount—please contact us for details.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, you can choose a delivery date from our calendar during checkout. While we rely on a premium 24hr service, please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. Deliveries to some remote UK areas and UK Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes! You can deliver to multiple different addresses and complete your entire order in one quick checkout transaction.

What time will it arrive, and what if they aren't home?

Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday.

On the morning of dispatch, DPD will send you a tracking email/SMS containing a 1-hour delivery window. This message includes a "Show My Options" button, which allows you to give DPD 'in-flight' instructions if the recipient won't be home. You can instruct them to:

• Leave the parcel with a specific (or any) neighbour
• Leave it in a safe place (e.g., in a porch or behind a side gate)
• Take the parcel to a local Pickup Shop for collection
• Change the delivery date entirely

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the EU, the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses, or BFPO addresses.
