While we rely on a premium 24hr service, please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. Deliveries to some remote UK areas and UK Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 days.

Great packaging and contents
I paid extra for a Saturday delivery and the recipients were home all day in anticipation. They never heard from the driver and we were told the delivery was missed as no one home. When I advised your company of this via email, I had no response. The recipients birthday was on the Monday but didn't receive until the Tuesday
