Delivery is 100% free for all hampers, including a free named-day service for deliveries Mon-Sat. All hampers are shipped individually in their own secure postal cartons, using a fully-tracked & signed-for service with DPD. Yes you can choose a delivery date from our calendar during checkout. However please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. Please note that deliveries to some remote UK areas and UK Islands will take longer to arrive. Please allow an extra 1-2 days.
Yes you can delivery to multiple addresses and checkout all in one transaction.
Deliveries are usually made between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday. It is not possible to guarantee an exact time for deliveries however you will be emailed a 1hr delivery window on the day of delivery.
On the morning your gift is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email / SMS from DPD
This email will contain a "SHOW MY OPTIONS" button and clicking on this will display a number of 'in-flight' options including:

We can deliver our gifts throughout the UK. Sadly we are not able to deliver to the EU. And please note that we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses

I ordered the Excelsior hamper for my Uncle as a thank you gift. I needed a really special gift for him and thought this would be perfect. I ordered on the Tuesday and it was delivered first thing Thursday morning as stated. Wow - his response was fantastic, he was so pleased with it and told me the hamper was very impressive, he and his staff have been enjoying the wonderful treats all day.
