While we rely on a premium 24hr service, please note this is not a guaranteed service and delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. I ordered the Excelsior hamper for my Uncle as a thank you gift. I needed a really special gift for him and thought this would be perfect. I ordered on the Tuesday and it was delivered first thing Thursday morning as stated. Wow - his response was fantastic, he was so pleased with it and told me the hamper was very impressive, he and his staff have been enjoying the wonderful treats all day.
